- Enthusiasm for the role

- Entertainment value (personality and creativity)

- Presentation skills (being media-friendly)

- At least one year's relevant experience

Should also mention that this is one of the most risky jobs in the world.
Diving with sharks, stingray, and other aggressive animals.
